What To Pack For A Family Ski Trip

Hey ya’ll! I’ve rounded up all of the ski/snow gear from our recent trip to Beaver Creek! This was our first family ski trip, and coming from Georgia we practically started from scratch. We knew about this trip months in advance so I shopped around like crazy and waited for Black Friday, Cyber Monday, New Years, etc. Right now there are some end of the season sales happening, so if you are planning a ski trip for next year, now is actually a good time to shop.

Top Layer

Ski Jacket: It’s a slim fit so I suggest sizing up at least one size to allow for layering underneath. I normally wear a size 4/6 and got a size 8.

Ski Pants: I went with a size Medium Tall.

Accessories

Balaclava

Hat

Fleece Gaiter

Goggles

Gloves

Wool Socks

Snow Boots: I’ve had mine for 6 years and they still work like brand new. (Linking the newer edition since mine are no longer in stock.)

We really prioritized getting the girls some high quality gear, because we knew that if they were cold and wet then none of us would be happy. Thankfully their gear worked out amazing!
